"I had bought new tires in Nashville and was on my way home when I noticed my tire was going flat. I had never been to Tire World before but saw it as my tire was going flat. I pulled in and explained what was going on. They came out and looked at it and the tire valve stem was leaking air. They took it in and changed out the valve stem. I ask how much I owed and they didn't even charge me. They said it wasn't the fault of who I bought it from it was just something that happens from time to time. Since then I have been a loyal customer. I checked around and their tire prices are actually cheaper than the Firestone. I would highly recommend."
